The plug finish means the end of the hanging wire is a plug - which allows you to plug into a socket and hang the lamp by fixing a hook at the ceiling.
On the other hand, the hardwire finish just means directly connecting the hanging wire to the wires in the ceiling - just like what you would see in bars and restaurants. You will need to attach the mounting plate to the ceiling to hang the light from the ceiling for this one.
Absolutely, please put a note indicating the desired cord length when placing the order.

Yes, we do! Simply send us an email to valerie@weaversground.com with a high-res photo of the painting you're after and the required size, and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
We are offering three different framing & shipping options for your your painting:
- Rolled canvas: The painting is shipped as rolled up canvas and without stretcherframeor outer frame
- Rolled canvas incl. stretcher frame (unassembled): The painting is shipped as rolled up canvas, incl. a DIY stretcher frame (unassembled) but without an outer frame. Please see the FAQ for assembly instructions
- Stretched canvas on stretcher frame (assembled): The painting is shipped fully stretched onto a stretcher frame, but without an outer frame
Most framing shops will offer canvas stretching as a service. Please note that pricing seems to differ quite widely, so it's advisable to compare a few quotes.
Yes, absolutely! It's not rocket science and a fun thing to do - the equivalent to building a small IKEA drawer. :)
All you need are stretcher bars, cross bars (as a rule of thumb, use one cross bar per 60-70cm edge length of the stretcher bar), canvas pliers, and a staple gun which can be found online (eBay is a good starting point) or in any larger art supply store.
