I ordered these unique pendant lights. I’ve never seen anything like them! I was nervous about them making the journey to my house but they arrived very well packaged and cushioned and in one piece!! All was good until my husband dropped one of them during installation :(

These lights are so different! Not the cookie cutter pendant lights that everyone else has! I was so afraid they would be broken when they showed up from another country but they were perfect! We use the carpet next to our bed. There is nothing worse then getting out of bed and stepping onto a cold floor. With this carpet you get a “toasty” touch and a cushioned feel. The carpet stays in place plus gives the pet dogs a soft place if the choose to sleep next to the bed.
We have finally put up our last kitchen light. It was the perfect size for our small space. It was great that we could hang it close to the ceiling as my husband is over 2m tall. We’re very happy with the finish of the pendant and it looks super cute. Xxx

Shipping from China takes a long time. The bulbs that came with didn’t match the picture. However, when I sent the picture to Valerie, she responded immediately. She then subsequently ordered the correct bulbs and all was resolved. She apologized for the hassle. I feel Valerie is a friend! It was all worth it as the light is a winner! It swivels, so don’t expect a rigid lamp.

FAQs
Can you make the cord shorter?
For pendant lights, the mounting plate that attaches the pendant light to the ceiling can hide up to 200cm of cord length, and the standard length of the cord is 200cm for most pendant lights. I would recommend keeping the cord length as 200cm and hide the extra length in the mounting plate, just in case you would want to put the light somewhere else or hang it lower later on.
Can you make the cord longer?
Absolutely, please put a note indicating the desired cord length when placing the order.
How bright is the light?
For most lights, the complimentary light bulb is 4W, but the maximum wattage the lamp holder can handle is 100W. Hence, if you think the light bulb is not bright enough, you can simply change it into another brighter light bulb.
Is this light dimmable?
Most of our light fittings work in a dimmable circuit. If the light uses a E27 or E14 bulb, I can provide a dimmable light bulb for you. You would just need to put a note when placing the order.
What is the difference between Hardwire finish and Plug finish?
The plug finish means the end of the cord is a plug - which allows you to plug into a socket. Unless specified otherwise in the note at checkout, the plug type sent out will be according to your shipping country -
- Type A: US, Canada & Japan
- Type C: Europe
- Type G: UK
- Type I: Australia & New Zealand
The hardwire finish means directly connecting the cord to the wires in the ceiling or wall.
Is the lamp adapted to [my country]’s voltage?
These lamps are made to run between 110-220V, but can also run between 85-265V fine.
The cords are CE, UL & CSA certified.

Are these lights water-proof? Can I use them for the bathroom?
The lights are moisture-proof, meaning they are fine in a humid environment like in the bathroom with a bit of steam. They are however not water-proof, meaning they are not to be drenched in water or put near a shower where it will be constantly splashed with water.
