I asked some question to Valerie prior to my order and the responded fast and reassured me.
After my order I got my lights in less than 2 weeks and they were perfectly conditioned.
The instruction were easy to understand to install the lights.

I ordered these unique pendant lights. I’ve never seen anything like them! I was nervous about them making the journey to my house but they arrived very well packaged and cushioned and in one piece!! All was good until my husband dropped one of them during installation :(

We use the carpet next to our bed. There is nothing worse then getting out of bed and stepping onto a cold floor. With this carpet you get a “toasty” touch and a cushioned feel. The carpet stays in place plus gives the pet dogs a soft place if the choose to sleep next to the bed.

We have finally put up our last kitchen light. It was the perfect size for our small space. It was great that we could hang it close to the ceiling as my husband is over 2m tall. We’re very happy with the finish of the pendant and it looks super cute. Xxx

These lights are nice and will look great in my country kitchen. Ordered from overseas so there was a delay in tracking information. I reached out to the business and received a prompt and courteous reply. Great customer service! Thank you!

We had some significant trouble with USPS shipping, but Weavers Ground worked with us every step of the way. They were outstanding, and the lamp that we finally received was every bit as awesome as we'd hoped and expected. Great business, great quality product, great people.

Shipping from China takes a long time. The bulbs that came with didn’t match the picture. However, when I sent the picture to Valerie, she responded immediately. She then subsequently ordered the correct bulbs and all was resolved. She apologized for the hassle. I feel Valerie is a friend! It was all worth it as the light is a winner! It swivels, so don’t expect a rigid lamp.

I love my light.It’s exactly what I want for my kitchen peninsula.
Although l haven’t hung it up yet l know it’s perfect for the space.
